Louisiana hot sauce pork rinds: right out of the bag… deeeeeelicious. Crushed and used as coating for fried chicken, crushed and used as bread crumbs in meatloaf, meatballs, salmon cakes… omg, you should sell a crushed version for low carb cooking! They have all the spice you need and provide the breading or binding needed in baking, frying, or whatever… oh yeah and also.. yummy just as they are. I buy them by the case because they are my friend.
