Utz Brands, Inc. (“Utz”) is committed to ensuring digital accessibility to its website (the “Website”) for those individuals with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.

Conformance status 

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines standards for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. While standards may change and evolve over time, WCAG defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA. Working with User1st, www.user1st.com, an experienced accessibility consultant and website accessibility solutions provider, Utz  is taking the steps necessary so that our website achieves substantial conformance with WCAG 2.0 AA, at a minimum. 

This conformance does not necessarily include the following: 

  • 3rd Party Apps/iFrames (i.e. YouTube, Google Maps, Vimeo, Facebook feeds etc.)
  • Captcha
  • Videos
  • PDFs (we can have a set of PDFs remediated for you if you would like)
  • SVGs 

User1st’s automated tools enable the Website to meet WCAG 2.0 AA Standards, at a minimum, with standard assistive technology applications and web browsers.  Utz is also committed to designing and maintaining the Website to be accessible to individuals with disabilities as part of our ongoing mission and purpose.

Please be aware that Utz’s efforts to maintain the accessibility of our website are ongoing.  If, at any time, an individual using or seeking help with our website has any specific questions, feedback, or concerns about the accessibility of any particular web pages on the Website, please contact us.
