All Utz Associates are provided with a $100 allowance via Grainger to purchase safety shoes every calendar year. All shoes that are available from Grainger online or on a shoe truck meet Utz requirements. The $100 allowance is already in the system and will deduct from the total at checkout. Any purchase surpassing the $100 allowance will be the Associate’s responsibility at the time of purchase. Any overage can be paid to Grainger by personal debit or credit card.

Grainger Shoe Trucks are visiting all Manufacturing locations in Q1. These do have some benefits and drawbacks to keep in mind compared to online ordering:

Shoe Truck

  • Benefits:Try on your shoes prior to completing your purchase. Obtain your new shoes the same day.
  • Drawbacks: Limited inventory compared to the online catalog due to space constraints on the truck. Potentially time consuming with the number of Associates we will have visiting the truck.
