Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
Purchase does not increase the chances of winning.
1. SPONSOR: The Utz® United Snacks of Summer Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Utz Quality Foods, LLC. (“Sponsor”). Any questions, comments or complaints are to be directed to the Administrator via email at info@3pmglobal.com. Entry information is owned by Sponsors. You understand you are providing your entry information to the Administrator who will then make all information and entry content available to the Sponsor. By entering, entrant gives Sponsor a perpetual license to any content submitted with entry. Any content you submit (UGC) may be used by Sponsor as described in these Rules (regardless of whether you win).
2. Any entrant who has indicated that they would like to receive additional information from Sponsor or a prize provider will be contacted by either Sponsor and/or prize provider directly via email.
3. ELIGIBILITY: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States of America and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law, regulation, rule, or otherwise. Subject to all applicable federal and state laws and regulations. Employees of Sponsor or its affiliated companies, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children and their respective spouses) and household members (those living in the same home whether or not related) of those employees or of any of their respective distributors, vendors, service agencies and companies involved in the design, implementation, and execution of the sweepstakes (the “Promotion Entities”), are not eligible to enter. By entering the sweepstakes, the entrant indicates full and unconditional agreement to, and acceptance of, these Official Rules and Sponsors’ decisions, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
4. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) on Friday, May 1, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. EST on Monday, August 31, 2026, (“Promotion Period”).
4 HOW TO ENTER: Visit the sweepstakes entry page at www.Utzsummer.com or scan the QR code located on official Point of Sale (POS) marketing pieces inside participating retailer stores, and submit the required information, including your first and last name, age verification, mailing address, phone number, email address, and submitting a photo or short video (max length :30 seconds), showing how you celebrate snacking during the Summer. An Entrant can opt out of submitting any user generated content (UGC) such as a photo or video and instead just fill out the required entry information and age verification box and still be eligible. Entrants may also send a self-address stamped envelope with their first and last name, age, address, and phone number to: Attn: Utz Summer Sweeps, 27 Seafaring Lane, Hampstead, NC 28443. By entering the Sweepstakes by any format listed herein, entrant agrees to these rules and regulations. User-Generated Content (“UGC”) submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes may be considered for use solely in Sponsor’s promotional, advertising, and marketing channels, in Sponsor’s and/or Administrator’s sole discretion. UGC must not include, depict, or reference: (i) any competitive salty snack brand; (ii) alcohol or controlled substances; (iii) minors under eighteen (18) years of age; (iv) any conduct or content that is unlawful, inappropriate, or otherwise inconsistent with applicable federal, state, provincial, or local laws, rules, or regulations; (v) violence or the depiction or encouragement of violent acts; (vi) sexual content, sexually explicit material, or sexual references; (vii) political content, messages, or endorsements, (vii) must not include any content you don’t have rights to (e.g. no unlicensed music, clips, or images you didn’t create), or (ix) feature other people in your photo/video without their consent; entries can be disqualified if others in the content object or didn’t agree or (x) contain any personal indentification details, such as name, address, phone number, email address, government ID or license plate number.
Sponsor and/or Administrator reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to review, approve, reject, disqualify, or remove any UGC at any time for any reason, including, without limitation, if such UGC is deemed unsuitable, offensive, or inconsistent with the spirit or intent of the Sweepstakes or Sponsor’s brand standards. Submission of UGC does not guarantee its use in any promotional or marketing materials.
There will be multiple winners of prizes and exclusive Utz branded merchandise, all summer long during the program period, and entrants will be randomly selected (as set forth in Section 6) from all eligible entries. Limit of one entry per person, per email address for standard entries
All entries (including UGC) will not be returned and may not be acknowledged individually.
False or deceptive entries or acts, as determined by Sponsor in their sole discretion, will render the entrant ineligible. Participants represent and warrant that they have not purchased any kind of device or Internet service in order to submit an entry or participate in and/or enter the sweepstakes.
5. PRIZE: Sponsor will award four (4) Grand Prize packages for four (4) individual winners. The first Grand Prize winner will be selected within three (3) days of the end of May 2026. The second Grand Prize winner will be selected within three (3) days of the end of June 2026. The third Grand Prize winner will be selected within three (3) days of the end of July 2026. The fourth Grand Prize winner will be selected within three (3) days of the end of August 2026. There will also be hundreds of winners drawn from monthly prize drawings (a winner cannot win more than once no matter what the prize category). Note: All ARV listed for prize packages and all prices are subject to change and will be adjusted for the final documentation. The prize consists of:

Other Prizing
Other prizing will be a selection multiple items that include a cooler, Utz blanket, folding chairs, trucker hat, Insulated drink ware, chip and dip bowl, rafts, floating rings, beach towels, and Utz related snack packs.
Approximate Retail Value of all total prizes is $55,000.
6. HOW TO WIN: Winners with be randomly selected from all eligible entries between 12:01am May 1, 2026 and 12:59am August 31, 2026. Grand prize drawing will occur as outlined in section 5 of these rules, as detailed in these Official Rules All entries not randomly selected as a prize winner at any time during the sweepstakes period, will continue to be eligible for all prizing until the end of the sweepstakes period at 12:59am on August 31, 2026. Prize winners will be notified by email and/or phone in accordance with these rules and must meet all eligibility requirements.
7. CLAIMING PRIZES/RELEASES: Eligibility and all claims made by a potential winner are subject to verification. Sponsor will randomly select potential winners per the “How to Win” process outlined in item 6 of these rules and contact them via email and/or phone using the information provided during the entry process. If, despite reasonable efforts, a potential winner does not respond within three (3) business days of the first notification attempt, or if the prize or prize notification is returned unclaimed or is undeliverable to such potential winner, such potential winner will forfeit his or her prize and an alternate winner may be selected in Sponsors’ sole discretion from among the remaining eligible entries. If the prize notification is returned as undeliverable or if the potential winner fails to respond to notification attempts, the potential winner may be disqualified, and an alternate winner may be selected at the Sponsors’ sole discretion from among the remaining eligible entries. In the event the winner declines the prize, Sponsor may elect, at their sole discretion, to select an alternate winner from among the remaining eligible entries. If a dispute arises regarding who submitted an entry, or if the winning email address does not belong to an individual but rather to an eligible group, business or organization, the entry will be deemed submitted by the legitimate holder of the email account listed on the entry as determined by Sponsor.
Sponsor and Administrator shall not be responsible or liable for failure to contact potential winners due to an undeliverable email message, incorrect phone number, full or non-operational voicemail, or an inactive or suspended email account or failure by the potential winner to provide a current email address. Participants should be sure to check their email messages regularly and keep their accounts updated with their correct contact information so that they will be able to be contacted if selected as a potential winner. A potential winner, who fails to notify Administrator via email at: info@3pmglobal.com or via reply to the initial email identifying them as a potential winner, within three (3) business days after attempted prize notification, forfeits any right to do so. Sponsor is not responsible for fraudulent communications sent to entrants not by Sponsor.
8. ODDS: Odds of winning any prize will depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
9. GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS: By entering the sweepstakes, participants agree to waive any rights to claim ambiguity in the Official Rules and regulations. Decisions made by Administrator in relation to this sweepstakes are final and binding in all matters, including, without limitation, interpretation of these Official Rules and the awarding of the sweepstakes prizes, and cannot be appealed. Sponsor reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the sweepstakes in the event that the sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, acts of God, pandemic, timing or any other causes beyond the control of promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the sweepstakes. Sponsors do not make any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the use of any prize including, without limitation, quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Further, no responsibilities are accepted for any additional expenses, omissions, delays, re-routing or acts of any government or authority. Sponsor may modify, rescind, cancel or revoke the sweepstakes at any time in their sole discretion without notice or liability. Entrants who attempt to tamper with the sweepstakes in any way shall be disqualified. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Winners may be responsible for any taxes due as a result of winning the prize. If necessary, a 1099 will be issued to the winners and is their responsibility to fill out in accordance with Federal and State Laws. Additional restrictions may apply. Any attempt to deliberately damage the Sweepstakes or operation of the Sweepstakes is unlawful and subject to legal action by Sponsor who may seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
CONDITIONS RELATING TO PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES AND USE OF THE ENTRY SITE: Sponsor and Administrator reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual they find, in their sole determination, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the sweepstakes, or the entry site; to be in violation of the terms of use of the entry site or to be acting in violation of these rules, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Without limitation of the foregoing, any use of software or hardware, including without limitation, a program, mechanism, system, robot, “bot”, macro or other artificial device, process or manipulation is strictly prohibited. Sponsor may suspend or discontinue the Sweepstakes if, in their sole opinion, there is any actual or suspected tampering of the sweepstakes or any other malfunction, event or activity that may affect the integrity of the sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to terminate any person’s participation in the sweepstakes whom Sponsor suspect has engaged in any manipulation.
Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. No transfer, assignment, substitution or cash equivalent for any prize will be permitted, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor due to prize unavailability for any reason. In such circumstance, an alternate prize of equal value will be awarded and Sponsor’s obligation to the winner will be fulfilled, and no other additional compensation will be provided. Resale of prizes is prohibited. In no event will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded. If an entrant submits more than the stated number of Entries permitted as outlined in these rules, and/or if the Sponsor or Administrator suspects that an entrant attempted to obtain additional Entries by using multiple or different email addresses, registrations, identities or any other method, Sponsor and Administrator will void that entrant’s Entries and that entrant will be disqualified. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means and Entries by any means which subvert the entry process are void. Entries will not be acknowledged or returned. Any use of robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed or similar entry methods or agents (including, but not limited to, sweepstakes entry services to create fraudulent phone numbers and/or identities) will void all Entries by that entrant. Normal internet access and data charges imposed by your internet/wireless phone service provider may apply. See your internet/wireless provider for pricing plan details. In the event of a dispute as to any Entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed the entrant. The “authorized account holder of the email address” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization, (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder associated with the Entry.
10. RIGHT OF PUBLICITY: By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant, including any prize winner, irrevocably grants Sponsor the right to use the entrant’s name, city and state of residence, likeness, voice, image, photograph, video, biographical information, and any other indicia of identity (collectively, “Publicity Rights”) for advertising, marketing, promotional, and publicity purposes in any media now known or hereafter developed, worldwide, in perpetuity, without further notice, consent, or compensation, except where prohibited by law. For residents of California, New York, and Florida, this grant of Publicity Rights is made pursuant to and in compliance with applicable state laws and regulations governing sweepstakes, including those relating to registration, bonding, and disclosure requirements, and shall not be deemed to infringe upon any right of publicity, right of privacy, or similar right, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Sponsor’s use of Publicity Rights shall be solely in connection with the administration, advertising, and promotion of the Sweepstakes and Sponsor’s brands, products, and services. Sponsor is not obligated to make use of any Publicity Rights granted herein.
As a condition of prize award, winners may be required, where lawful, to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and publicity release within the time period specified by Sponsor. Failure to comply with such requirements may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize.
11. User-Generated Content License
By submitting any photograph, video, or other content in connection with the Sweepstakes (collectively, “Submissions”), entrant grants Sponsor and its designees a royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, edit, modify, adapt, publish, display, perform, distribute, create derivative works from, and otherwise exploit such Submissions, in whole or in part, in any media now known or hereafter developed, for any lawful purpose, including advertising, marketing, promotional, digital, and social media uses, without compensation or further consent, except where prohibited by law.
Entrant represents and warrants that: (a) the Submissions are original to entrant or entrant has obtained all necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and consents from any and all individuals depicted or otherwise involved, including consent for commercial and promotional use; (b) the Submissions do not infringe upon or violate the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any third party; and (c) the Submissions comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Entrant retains ownership of their Submission, but by entering, grants Sponsor the rights to use the Submission as described herein.
and acknowledges that UGC will not be returned. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to edit, crop, alter, combine, or otherwise modify any Submission, including placing Submissions in close proximity to other images, videos, or content, without further approval from entrant.
Entrant releases and agrees to hold harmless Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees, and agencies from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to Sponsor’s use of the Submissions as permitted herein.
State Law Acknowledgment (NY/FL)
This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. For New York and Florida residents, the Sweepstakes is registered and bonded, as required by law.
Winners may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and release form prior to prize fulfillment.

By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree to the use of your personal information as described in the Sponsors’ or Sweepstakes Administrator’s privacy policy and Section 11 above.
12 CANCELLATION: Sponsor reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to suspend, cancel or modify the sweepstakes at any time and for any reason. Some reasons could include but are not limited to a computer virus, bug, malfunction, manipulation or other technical problems or any misuse of the sweepstakes process, regardless of the cause, affects, compromises, or corrupts the administration, security, or proper play of the sweepstakes. Notice of cancellation will be posted at the entry site. SPONSOR SHALL NOT BE OBLIGATED TO AWARD ANY PRIZE THAT RELATES TO OR ARISES OUT OF AN IRREGULAR ENTRY OR IMPROPER OR MISTAKEN PRIZE NOTIFICATION, OPERATION OR FUNCTION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES. No more than the stated number of prizes in these Official Rules will be awarded. In addition to the foregoing, if for any reason (including, but not limited to, strikes, lockouts, pandemics, acts of God, technical difficulties, and other events not within the reasonable control of Sponsor) Sponsor cannot continue the sweepstakes, Sponsor may, in their sole discretion, cancel the sweepstakes or extend the Promotion Period.
13 RELEASE OF LIABILITY, LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrant and winners agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, the Promotion Entities, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the sweepstakes; (b) technical errors; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, misdirected, or undeliverable electronic communications such as email; (e) errors in the administration of the sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (f) injury or damage to persons or property. Entrant further agrees that in any cause of action, the Released Parties’ liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the sweepstakes, and in no event will the Released Parties be liable for attorney’s fees. Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, delayed, garbled, or stolen, Entries, direct messages, emails or other communication of any kind; nor for electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware, software, electronic, network, telephone or other communications malfunctions, errors or failures of any kind, errors in transmission, lost or unavailable network connections, telephone connections, wireless phone connections, website, Internet, or ISP availability, unauthorized human intervention, traffic congestion, incomplete or inaccurate capture or entry information (regardless of cause) or failed, incomplete, garbled, jumbled or delayed transmissions which may limit or restrict an participant’s ability to enter the Sweepstakes, including any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s device relating to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading any materials in the Sweepstakes; or for or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of Entries, the announcement of the prizes or in any Sweepstakes-related materials.

14 DISPUTES: Each Entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded or the determination of prize winner, which cannot be resolved between the parties, will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, and consequential damages, and any other damages, including attorneys’ fees, other than entrant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with entering the sweepstakes), and entrant further waives any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of the entrants, prize winner, Sponsor, and the Promotion Entities, in connection with the Sweepstakes will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions (whether of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania or any other jurisdiction), that would cause application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of North Carolina.
