Hadn’t had any Granny Utz chips in quite some time and was looking forward to the flavors I remembered. Gotta be honest - I was not disappointed. Loved the chips! There is just something about cooking in real lard that seed oils can't match. Wish they would sell them in regular/large bags instead of having to buy a bunch of little ones.
This product is excellent and I wish it’s more available in stores. I rarely see them outside of the DMV. The online store solves my craving for these but since these (I think) have a shorter shelf life than the vegetable oil fried chips, a few packets out of the case tasted a little bit stale. Still an excellent product in both the original variant and the BBQ variant (please restock the BBQ flavor in the smaller size).
